ATTRA is a trusted source of sustainable agriculture information and maintains a knowledge base of practical multimedia resources for farmers, ranchers, and educators. Real, raw milk comes from pasture-fed cows, it contains all the fat that nature intended, and it has not been subject to processing—it is not pasteurized, ultra-pasteurized, homogenized, powdered, or condensed. It is milk as it comes from the cow (or goat or sheep or water buffalo or camel)—just as nature intended.
Weston A. Price Foundation (WAPF)
The Weston A. Price Foundation (WAPF) is your source for accurate information on nutrition and health, always aiming to provide the scientific validation of traditional foodways. People seeking health today often condemn certain food groups — such as grains, dairy foods, meat, salt, fat, sauces, sweets and nightshade vegetables — but the Wise Traditions Diet is inclusive, not exclusive.
